Fargo Season 1
A great show! The first episode was so
good it made me sad that all TV is not like this. If Fargo the TV
show was just a sequel to the movie, and episode one was it, the
ending would have sucked but otherwise it would have been awesome!
Billy Bob Thornton was amazing, Bilbo Baggins was amazing, Tom Hanks son was great, it was so
quotable; “she has soft hands” “if you were a better salesman I
would have bought you a better tie” “I turn around so I can
imagine a real man” “you let a man beat you in front of his kids
to teach him a lesson?” “Lester, have you been bad?”.
I know taken out of context they may
not make much sense but you could still imagine. The whole series was
like that; up to the second to last episode that had this: “Lester
is this what you really want?”
it was good, so good. And that was it
the last episode was kind of a let down but I have not been
entertained as much in some time. I have watched several of the OSCAR
nominated movies from last year and none of them were as good and
none of the actors pulled off what Mr. Thornton was able to do.
If you have on demand and 10 spear
hours I suggest giving it a try as the season is over and next year
the cast will be different, so don't worry about not being able to
keep track.
