Alfredo sauce. It has many applications, it can be served over noodles, with chicken, as a filler; your imagination is the limit. Melt a block (or bag) of real Parmesan cheese with 2-4 sticks of real butter and a pint of heavy cream. Now season to taste. You can use fresh or powdered ingredients, we prefer powdered as it maintains the smooth texture. Powdered: garlic, onion and white pepper.
